Experience: 3 to 4 years in the role of Production Supervisor (certifications are those related to food safety, quality management, and process efficiency is an added advantage)
Qualification: Degree / Engineering / Food Technology background
1. The role would be responsible to ensure high delivery adherence to production plan.
2. The role also would be responsible to develop and coach team to build high performance, self-driven team and also ensure workplace discipline meeting the overall efficiency objectives.
3. Manage safety, quality, wastage, yield and cost, and assure goals are meet.
4. To ensure to implement continual improvement projects at production department thereby improving the efficiency of the plant.
5. To ensure to implement Manufacturing excellence requirements 5S, Quality circle, Kaizen at plant thereby adhering to Production systems
6. To develop and implement systems in establishing high level of service to market.
7. To implement systems to build high efficiency culture.
8. To implement strong systems to comply with Food safety and work place safety
9. To develop & coach team members to improve skills and competencies & establish an improvement oriented culture.
10. To ensure all Work safety standards requirements are met at shop floor to achieve zero harm objectives.
11. To ensure to participate in projects for new product manufacturing with an objective to finally takeover the R&D team for continuous production
12. To ensure to constantly identify training requirements (On job and other training needs) to build strong performance oriented production team.
13. To collaborate with HR to build a more responsible, transparent & communicative relationship with workers.
14. Should have knowledge in ERP Software and Excel Sheet

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
