Responsibilities and Duties:-
* To achieve daily production as per plan
* Manpower utilization as per production plan
* To improve productivity, quality, reduce rejection & lumb wastage
* Maintaining daily production report as per shift wise production
* To find root cause of problem and eliminate it accordingly
* Candidates from Master batch industry are preferred.
* Production gap analysis on the basis production target vs achieved.
* Break downs are atstended by coordinating with the engineering team
* Overall production operation of the shift by supervising the workers
