Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Executive to oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and team coordination to ensure timely and efficient output.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily targets.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of components.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Manage workforce allocation and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain production records and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for raw material availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication and machining processes.
- Familiarity with CNC, Lathe, and VMC operations is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
