Channel Management/Support
- To Drive Business across various verticals of the bank
- Coordination with Area Managers/ RBM/Sr. RBM and similar hierarchies across verticals for periodic con-calls and reviews.
- Coordination with insurance partner to ensure smooth support across regions.
- Ensure Increased frontline activation
- Work closely with Channels and Segments to integrate insurance process and products in relevant segments and increase penetration of insurance, especially in the digital channels to increase digital sales
- Business development initiatives to activate new channels and segments
- Driving the training plan and train frontline on products and processes.
Product Development and Process Implementation
- Push the Manufacturer to make newer products/ improved products as an offering to bank customers
- Conceptualize and implement new product buying journeys and document the processes therein
- Scan the market to understand new/innovative products and trends which can be implemented in the bank
- Liaise with other departments like IT, BSG, Ops
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Knowledge prerequisites
- Graduate/ Post Graduate with 12+ years of relevant experience
- Should be able to work across hierarchies and get things done. Experience in channel sales would be of help.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Should have an analytical approach and be able to comprehend and drive numbers
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Should be a result oriented, and able to work under strict deadlines
- Attitude of continuous improvement
- Team Player, collaborative Self-motivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.
