About the RoleAt A23, we’re building the future of skill-based real money gaming in India. As a Product Designer (UI/UX), you’ll own key parts of the player journey across Rummy and Poker platforms, helping shape how millions of users experience our games.You’ll tackle complex UX problems, uncover user pain points through research and data, and craft polished, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with PMs, Engineers, and QA to take features from concept to launch.
ResponsibilitiesConduct usability tests, user interviews, and A/B analysis to gather insightsDefine and frame UX problems and propose actionable solutionsDeliver polished, high-fidelity UI for mid to complex product featuresEnsure accessibility and handle edge cases in your designsContribute to and maintain the design system with proper documentationWork closely with cross-functional partners while advocating for design goals and standards.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience3 years of experience in product design (UI/UX)Experience designing for both mobile and desktop platformsStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process & latest work (please include a link in your resume)Proficiency in Figma and modern design toolsExperience designing user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
Preferred QualificationsBackground in game designExperience working in product companiesSolid understanding of design systems and documentationAbility to balance user needs with product and business goalsFamiliarity with accessibility standards and edge case handlingStrong collaboration, communication, and critique skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams (PM, Engineering, QA)
