Why This Role is Unique
- You will be the first designer in India, working directly with the founder.
- Full ownership across UI/UX (Figma), branding, and video creative.
- Clear growth path toward Founding Design Lead as we scale globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design for mobile and web in Figma.
- Design marketing creatives, ads, and campaign visuals.
- Contribute to video editing/motion graphics for campaigns.
- Define a design system & brand identity from scratch.
- Work closely with the founder on growth strategy & viral campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools to speed up design execution.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of design experience.
- Strong in Figma (UI/UX).
- Experience in branding, marketing design, and creative testing.
- Familiar with Adobe Suite/CapCut or similar video tools.
- Prior work with global projects / U.S. clients is a plus.
- Comfortable working U.S. Pacific hours.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
