Job Description
Purpose of the Role
- Leads scripting for high complexity projects and global initiatives, driving process and tool optimization.
- Acts as a technical advisor and the first point of contact for scripting-related topics.
- Engages in internal initiatives and client discussions to enhance collaboration and delivery.
- Supports quality assurance and continuous improvement of scripting practices.
- Facilitates the project migration process to preferred internal platforms.
- Leads training sessions with operational teams and writes and improves training documentation. Leads training sessions with operational teams and writes and improves training documentation.
Skills and knowledge required
- Possesses advanced expertise in Unicom Dimensions (IOM, DMS, MRS).
- Familiarity with additional scripting platforms such as StG, Decipher, and Confirmit is advantageous.
- Demonstrates proficiency in survey scripting and related programming languages, including HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and the Angular JS Framework.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understands principles of Project Management and Quality Management.
- Experienced in stakeholder management.
- English language proficiency at B2 level, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.
- Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving objectives.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across various teams and locations.
- Maintains a high standard of quality and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team member who is also capable of working independently.
- Displays proactiveness and a solution-oriented approach.
- Effectively prioritizes tasks to ensure optimal time management.
- Has an excellent understanding of the end-to-end value chain.
