Job Summary:
We are a US-based medical clinic looking for a smart, proactive Process Coordinator to support operational efficiency and help drive patient growth. This role combines day-to-day workflow management with critical thinking to improve how patients find, book, and stay engaged with our clinic.
Job Responsibilities:
Clinic Process Coordination
- Manage and monitor patient flow processes—from appointment scheduling to follow-up—to ensure smooth daily operations.
Patient Flow & Platform Optimization
- Analyze why potential patients may be dropping off during the booking or intake process.
- Review the clinic’s presence across digital platforms (e.g., appointment booking platforms, review sites, and local search) and identify ways to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Suggest improvements such as boosting online reviews, optimizing profile content, updating availability, or resolving technical/operational bottlenecks.
Operational Insights & Reporting
- Track and report on appointment trends, patient feedback, no-show rates, and other performance metrics.
- Use data to provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and patient acquisition.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations to clinic leadership and operations team.
- Support training or internal communications when workflow updates or platform changes occur.
- Work closely with front-desk, scheduling, and clinical teams to ensure timely and high-quality patient experiences.
Skills and Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, medical scheduling, or platform support roles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with digital scheduling tools, EHR/EMR systems, or healthcare booking platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with data.
- Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
