1) Objective of the role:
To streamline and coordinate the client approval process, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintain timely, quality-driven content delivery.
2) Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end client approval workflow.
Monitor project timelines to ensure on-time content delivery.
Act as the point of contact for client and stakeholder communication via email.
Track and support internal team processes to maintain operational flow and accountability.
3) Required Skills and Qualifications (Personality/Attributes/ Traits)
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on tasks independently.
Basic understanding of creative/content workflows.
Hands-on experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
Familiarity with creative or digital marketing environments.
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
