Job Summary:
The Process Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, streamlining, and improving internal processes across departments to ensure efficient workflows and operational success. This role involves monitoring key process indicators, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
- Analyse process performance metrics and report findings to management.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a process coordination or similar operational role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
