Job summary
The Principal Architect will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the Knowledge Management Strategy Project Accounting and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) for our organization. With a hybrid work model and no travel requirements this position offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 19 years of experience and a strong technical background in the relevant areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Knowledge Management strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance information sharing.
- Oversee the integration of Project Accounting systems to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Lead the Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) initiatives to optimize project delivery and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks and opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Knowledge Management and Project Accounting.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Support the development of training programs to enhance team capabilities in Knowledge Management and PPM.
