Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our institution in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for fostering academic excellence and holistic development among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure high academic and administrative standards.
- Supervise teachers, staff, and academic programs to maintain quality education.
- Implement policies, procedures, and curriculum enhancements as per institutional goals.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Build relationships with parents, community members, and educational authorities.
- Monitor student performance and ensure continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic leadership, preferably in a school or college.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate faculty and staff effectively.
