Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning
- Act as the primary educator for young students, ensuring continuity in their learning process.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Foster a warm, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Implement activity-based and experiential learning methodologies.
- Introduce foundational concepts in English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
- Encourage creativity through art, music, storytelling, and role-play.
Child Development & Classroom Management
- Monitor the academic and emotional development of each child.
- Instill good values, discipline, and social etiquette in students.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Address students' emotional and behavioral needs with empathy and patience.
- Maintain records of student progress and share updates with parents.
Parental Engagement & Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for parents regarding their child's progress.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and share feedback.
- Guide parents on home-based learning strategies and child development.
Assessment & Reporting
- Conduct age-appropriate assessments to track student learning.
- Provide timely feedback and implement remedial measures as needed.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain academic records.
Collaboration & Professional Development
- Work closely with other teachers and school staff to enhance learning experiences.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and curriculum development activities.
- Stay updated with best practices in early childhood and primary education.
