Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Primary English Teacher to teach foundational language skills to young learners. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early education, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to engage students using interactive and creative teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Curriculum Delivery
- Plan and deliver English lessons in alignment with curriculum guidelines.
- Focus on developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, activities, and age-appropriate learning material.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
Classroom & Student Management
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and support individual learning needs.
- Promote good behavior and discipline through consistent routines.
Academic Support & Development
- Use stories, activities, and digital tools to make learning engaging.
- Prepare students for evaluations, competitions, and other academic programs.
- Stay updated with best practices in early childhood and primary English education.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with other teachers to create integrated learning opportunities.
- Maintain student records and prepare periodic progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
