1.Production Supervisor/Engineer (Must Have Experience of Sheet Metal Press Shop)
Experience: 2 To 5 Years
Job Purpose:
• Plan and execute daily production as per schedule.
Monitor shift-wise production output, machine utilization, and downtime.
•Ensure production targets and customer delivery timelines are met. Promote and maintain 5S, visual management, and cleanliness in the shop floor.
• Key Skill
• Strong knowledge of press machines (mechanical/hydraulic) and sheet metal processes
Understanding of quality tools: 7 QC Tools, Poka Yoke, Kaizen, etc.
⚫ Basic understanding of TPM, OEE, JH, and Lean Manufacturing
