Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads and conduct timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Qualify leads based on client requirements and assign them to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate site visit appointments with clients and the site team.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Share project details, brochures, pricing, and other relevant information with prospective clients.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients to maintain engagement and nurture interest.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth handovers and feedback loops.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 1–3 years in a real estate pre-sales or inside sales role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Client Handling: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Coordination Skills: Proactive in follow-ups and coordinating between clients and internal teams.
