● Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads to initiate interest and schedule meetings.
● Visit client locations and conduct fieldwork as necessary. It is mandatory to share the live location with the team during all on-site visits.
● Spend time at our galleries and work closely with Relationship Managers to understand and pitch properties effectively.
● Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitive offerings to make informed pitches.
● Regularly update and share links for Excel sheets containing lead details and progress.
● Follow up with each client at least two to three times before escalating or expecting further team involvement.
● Focus on the projects that genuinely interest you—quality over quantity is key. Even working on one project with complete dedication is appreciated.
● Prioritise and actively promote M3M and Smart World projects as core targets.
● Maintain professional communication and build lasting client relationships to enhance the brand image.
● Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
