Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Minimum 1yr experience in real estate.
- Identify and engage potential clients through calls, meetings, and marketing initiatives.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties.
- Promote current and upcoming real estate projects through presentations and outreach.
- Convert leads into qualified prospects and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools.
- Possess strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Be resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales or conversion goals.
