Salary: ₹28,000 CTC + Incentives (Minimum ₹30,000/month with bonus)
Role Overview:
We are hiring for a Pre-Sales Executive under the TATA MOTORS process. This is a pre-sales coordination role focused on lead follow-up and test drive booking, not hardcore selling. Candidates must have prior experience in sales or tele-sales to handle customer conversations confidently and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and follow-up calls to connect with TATA MOTORS’ showroom visitors or leads
- Understand customer interest and book test drive appointments
- Guide customers to the nearest TATA showroom as per their location
- Act as the first touchpoint in the pre-sales process
- Maintain accurate follow-up records and customer logs in the system
- Ensure a seamless and professional pre-sales experience
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience (on paper) in sales, tele-sales, or customer support
- Education: 12th pass or graduate
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Ability to convince and engage potential customers without pressure
- Comfortable with 6 days working from the Gurgaon office
- Must understand the nature of pre-sales coordination (not direct sales)
