Job Role:
We are looking for experienced candidates with a background in Pre-Authorization (provider side) in the healthcare/TPA domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing pre-authorization requests from hospitals/providers
- Coordinating with insurance teams and hospitals for approval
- Verifying documents and eligibility
- Ensuring timely communication and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-auth process (provider side)
- Strong communication & analytical skills
- Familiar with TPA procedures and healthcare documentation
