About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive with proven experience in handling large-scale digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a performance marketer who can create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and e-commerce platforms. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-backed decision-making to deliver maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Setup Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads Meta ads Set up conversion tracking, remarketing audiences, and performance measurement systems.
Performance Optimization Analyze data daily to identify improvement opportunities in CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall conversions.
Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, targeting, and landing pages. Optimize bids, budgets, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
E-commerce & Meta Account Management Run large-scale PPC campaigns for e-commerce websites (Google Shopping, Meta, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, youtube etc.). Manage high-budget accounts with detailed reporting and KPI tracking.
Reporting & Analysis Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Provide recommendations for scaling campaigns while controlling ad spend efficiency.
Industry Awareness Stay updated with PPC trends, ad platform updates, competitor strategies, and emerging tools. Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of experience in PPC and performance marketing. Proven track record in managing budgets of ₹10L+ per month or equivalent.
Expert in Google Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tag Manager.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Preferred Qualifications Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
Experience with automation tools like Optmyzr, SEMrush, or similar.
Knowledge of SEO principles for landing page optimization.
Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary based on skills & experience.
