Role and Responsibility
Analyse and Study existing data and reporting system and understand the current and future requirements.
Responsible for defining the roadmap and the strategy for data and reporting.
Good Experience in Conducting requirement gathering sessions with the key stockholders.
Proficiency and experience in Data warehousing process.
Experience in data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.
Able to identify, research and gather relevant information from a variety of sources
Able to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations.
Ability to take the functional and non- functional requirements and propose solution that will be able to meet the requirements.
Experience in analyzing source system, data flows, and delivering data architecture designs Bachelors degree in a related field required, e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems Bachelors Degree
Years of Experience:
8 - 10 years of overall data warehousing and reporting experience
At least 2 years of experience in building Data Warehouse, ETL and Data Management. 5 plus years of experience in design and development of data visualization using tools Power BI reporting platform.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding and Knowledge in Power BI and Power BI Service.
Architect and hands-on development of Analytics and Reporting solutions using Power BI
Deep knowledge of BI features and functions. Ability to recommend visualization features designs most appropriate to data and analysis needs of business users.
Ability to work with business to deliver dashboards, as well as to train and evangelize the use of visualization within the client business areas.
Should be able to understand the metadata information and turn into a reports and Dashboards.
Experience with connecting Data Visualization tools to multiple disparate data sources and like Netezza, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA and MySQL
Ability to demonstrate complex information and large data set and translate then into meaningful visualization. Making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable
Build automatic solutions which can replace manual reports with automatic Dashboards using Visual Best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively, work autonomously in a very fast paced and demanding environment.
