Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Polki Jewellery Designer with a strong understanding of traditional Indian craftsmanship techniques such as Jadau, Kundan, and Meenakari. You will be responsible for creating unique and luxurious jewelry pieces that blend heritage with contemporary aesthetics, primarily using uncut diamonds (Polki) and precious metals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design original and innovative Polki jewelry collections (necklaces, earrings, bangles, bridal sets, etc.)
- Create detailed technical drawings, CAD models, and hand sketches.
- Collaborate with artisans, CAD designers, and gem setters to ensure design feasibility.
- Research market trends in traditional and bridal jewelry to maintain design relevance.
- Ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and seasonal themes.
- Source appropriate stones, beads, and materials in coordination with procurement.
- Participate in design reviews, collection planning, and quality checks.
- Modify and refine designs based on client or internal feedback.
- Maintain an organized archive of designs, material swatches, and inspiration boards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Jewelry Design (NIFT, GIA, IIGJ, or equivalent).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience designing Polki or heritage Indian jewelry.
- Strong sketching, rendering, and/or CAD software skills (Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD).
- In-depth understanding of Polki setting techniques and traditional craftsmanship.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
