Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video content during podcast recordings and events
- Edit podcast episodes for YouTube, Spotify, and social media (Reels/Shorts)
- Design compelling graphics, thumbnails, and motion graphics
- Work with the content and marketing team to ensure visual consistency
- Maintain media files and organize project assets
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of video shooting & lighting
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools
- Strong creative sense in storytelling, transitions, and design aesthetics
- Ability to handle cameras and microphones (DSLR/Mirrorless preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment
Eligibility:
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic portfolio or sample works will be a plus
- Diploma/Degree in Media, Design, Visual Communication, or related fields (optional)
