Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for plumbing and fire fighting systems using AutoCAD or relevant CAD software.
- Draft layouts for water supply, drainage, sewage, storm water, sprinklers, pumps, hydrants, and piping networks.
- Interpret design inputs from engineers and convert them into precise CAD drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, HVAC, structural) to avoid clashes.
- Revise and update drawings based on engineers’ comments and site changes.
- Maintain drawing registers, versions, and proper documentation.
- Assist site engineers and supervisors with technical drawing details when required.
- Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship (Mechanical / Civil / Plumbing preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in plumbing and fire fighting drafting.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, water supply, drainage, and fire fighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting essential; 3D knowledge is an advantage).
- Familiarity with international and local codes (NFPA, IPC, NBC, etc.).
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
