- Design and Development:Creating PLC programs based on client specifications, including control logic and HMI (Human Machine Interface) development.
- Programming and Testing:Writing and debugging PLC code using various programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and testing programs using automation equipment.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance:Diagnosing and resolving issues in PLC systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- System Integration:Working with cross-functional teams (e.g., mechanical, electrical, and process engineers) to integrate PLC systems into larger automation processes.
- Documentation and Training:Creating documentation for PLC programs and providing training to technicians and other team members.
