This position supports TrueLark, a recently acquired brand under the Weave umbrella. While you’ll be employed by Weave, your work will directly contribute to the TrueLark product and team.
TrueLark is an AI-powered virtual receptionist designed for appointment-based small and medium-sized businesses. Its agentic AI platform manages scheduling, rescheduling, and client inquiries through SMS and web chat, providing 24/7 support. TrueLark helps businesses recover missed calls, increase bookings, and streamline front-office operations.
At TrueLark, we are scaling our platform to serve businesses at global scale. We’re looking for an Azure DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about containerization, cloud infrastructure, performance monitoring, and security.
You will play a key role in deploying, optimizing, and securing our applications in Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving infrastructure challenges, this role is for you.

What You Will Own
Docker Container Deployment in Azure: Provision and manage containerized apps using AKS, ACI, or App Services; automate CI/CD pipelines for Docker image builds, pushes to ACR, and deployments with GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines.
Database Monitoring & Performance: Configure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and App Insights to detect bottlenecks (deadlocks, slow queries, CPU/memory spikes, query timeouts, index recommendations).
Application Gateway & Load Balancing: Manage Application Gateway, Front Door, or Traffic Manager for HTTPS routing, WAF policies, SSL termination, and AKS/App Services integration.
Security Hardening: Enforce HTTPS-only access, secure headers (CSP, HSTS), private endpoints, RBAC, Key Vault, NSGs/ASGs, and firewall configurations.
Frontend Protection: Host SPAs (React) securely on Azure Blob + CDN or Azure Static Web Apps; enforce CORS policies, secure cookies, and monitor client-side errors via Application Insights.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Azure-focused cloud infrastructure roles.
Proven expertise with:
Azure Infrastructure: ARM Templates, Bicep/Terraform, Azure CLI
Containers & Orchestration: Docker, ACR, AKS, ACI
CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker Compose
Monitoring & Logs: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Kusto
Database Monitoring: Azure SQL Insights, Query Performance Insight, custom alerts
Load Balancing & Gateways: Application Gateway, Front Door, Traffic Manager
Security: Azure AD, Key Vault, RBAC, OAuth2/OpenID, WAF, NSG/ASG
Scripting: Bash/PowerShell (Python optional)
Frontend Security: CSP, HSTS, secure cookies, CORS policies, CDN configs
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and microservices architecture.
Experience debugging production bottlenecks in distributed systems.
