- We are looking for a skilled and motivated Plastic Injection Moulding Technician with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of injection moulding machines, ensuring that high-quality plastic products are produced efficiently and according to specifications.
Key Responsibility :
- Set up and operate injection moulding machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain part quality and production efficiency.
- Perform regular quality checks on moulded parts using measuring tools
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and moulds.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moulding defects.
- Change moulds and set up machines for different production runs.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any downtime or issues.
- Work closely with the maintenance, quality, and production teams.
- Must do maintenance work.
- Need to do mould setting
- Follow all safety and operational procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
