Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and update piping layouts, isometrics, and sketches based on site conditions and redlines.

• Review IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings and identify clashes or constructability issues.

• Assist in developing and verifying field routing of piping systems based on as-built conditions.

• Support the resolution of technical queries (TQs), field change requests (FCRs), and RFIs related to piping design.

• Coordinate with construction teams, QA/QC, and engineering to ensure alignment between design and installation.

• Assist in pipe support detailing, ensuring proper placement and compliance with engineering standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting (preferred), or equivalent experience.

• Piping design experience, preferably in industrial, oil & gas, or petrochemical projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SmartPlant, or similar design software; familiarity with isometric and 3D model reviews.

• Strong understanding of piping materials, fittings, standards (ASME, API, etc.), and fabrication practices.

• Previous field experience in construction support or brownfield modification work is highly desirable.
