Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Music Teacher to join our academy, with expertise in teaching guitar, vocals (Indian/Western) , drums, and piano. The ideal candidate should have a strong musical background, the ability to work with students of varying age groups and skill levels, and a flexible, engaging teaching style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one and group lessons for guitar, drums, and piano
- Create structured lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, and internal recitals
- Maintain student progress records and provide regular feedback
- Foster a fun, motivating, and disciplined learning environment
- Collaborate with the academy team on scheduling and events
- Support academy initiatives, workshops, and annual concerts
Requirements:
- Proficiency in playing and teaching guitar, drums, vocals (Indian/Western) and piano
- Prior teaching experience in a music academy or school (preferred)
- Ability to teach beginners through advanced-level students
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and enthusiasm for working with children, teens, and adults
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs
- Degree/diploma in music or relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
