Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Physiotherapist to provide professional physiotherapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. The role involves assessing patients, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and delivering therapy sessions aimed at restoring function, mobility, and quality of life for individuals recovering from injury, surgery, illness, or managing chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to patients' homes to provide physiotherapy care and treatment
- Conduct initial physical assessments and evaluations of patient needs
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and goals
- Use therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and equipment as needed
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and family members on therapy goals, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and reports
- Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
- Adhere to safety protocols, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality
- Provide support and motivation to patients throughout their recovery journey
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Proven experience in a clinical or home care setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Access to reliable transportation
Work Conditions:
- Travel required to patient homes
- May need to carry light equipment or therapy tools
- Flexible hours, including weekends or evenings based on patient needs
