Vidhu Academy is looking for a committed and knowledgeable Physics Faculty to join our expert team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Physics, proven teaching experience in the NEET/JEE domain, and a passion for guiding students toward academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics for Classes XI, XII & Repeaters (NEET & JEE syllabus)
- Prepare lesson plans, practice papers, and concept-based lectures
- Monitor student progress and provide individual mentoring when needed
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions
- Collaborate with academic coordinators for curriculum planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physics or a related field
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of teaching experience for NEET/JEE preparation
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Prior coaching institute experience is an added advantage
