Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Photo Editing
- Retouch, color-correct, and enhance images to meet brand standards.
- Crop, resize, and format photos for various digital and print uses.
- Organize and maintain digital image libraries.
- Ensure consistency in photo editing styles across projects.
Video Editing
- Edit raw video footage into polished final cuts for promotional, instructional, or branded content.
- Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, sound effects, and music as needed.
- Optimize videos for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites).
- Collaborate with videographers, content creators, and marketing teams to develop storyboards and shot lists.
General Duties
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Stay updated with editing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure all content complies with copyright and licensing standards.
- Archive and back up edited and raw media files.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Photo and/or Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and editing workflows.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong visual storytelling and design sense.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A portfolio or reel showcasing previous photo and video editing work.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of color grading techniques.
- Familiarity with audio editing and sound design.
Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
