To provide high-level secretarial, administrative, and organizational support to the senior executive(s), ensuring smooth management of their day-to-day activities, effective communication, and timely execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain executive’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Communication Management
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and send official correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Operational Support
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of information.
- Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Prepare expense reports and assist in budget tracking.
- Coordination & Liaison
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth flow of information.
- Arrange logistics for business trips including visas, tickets, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Greet and assist visitors to the executive office.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).
- Proven experience (1–4 years) as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
