Key Responsibilities
- Daily Meetings & Scheduling
- Organize and schedule the Director’s daily meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action plans.
- Remind the Director about important tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Travel & Booking Management
- Handle hotel, flight, and travel bookings for the Director and other related arrangements.
- Ensure all itineraries and schedules are well-planned in advance.
- Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for business processes.
- Track and monitor key performance metrics for various departments.
- Compile daily work reports from managers and update the Director.
- Accounts & Finance
- Maintain and update company accounts in Tally.
- Assist in accounting operations, invoice generation, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the CA for taxation and compliance requirements.
- Advanced Excel & Data Management
- Prepare analytical reports, charts, and data summaries using advanced Excel functions.
- Maintain accurate and updated company databases.
- Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal departments (HR, Accounts, Sales, etc.).
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely communication across departments.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- General Administration
- Manage the Director’s correspondence, emails, and official communications.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Support in company’s day-to-day operations as required.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally and strong accounting knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, etc.).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role.
