Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Business Sales Executive cum Personal Assistant. This role combines sales responsibilities with executive support duties, requiring strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and capable of managing both business development initiatives and day-to-day executive assistance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and maintain a structured follow-up process.
- Initiate first-level conversations with prospects and convert them into potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategy.
- Maintain and update CRM with client data, interactions, and sales pipeline status.
Client Relations & Meeting Coordination
- Arrange and schedule client meetings, ensuring proper preparation of agenda, presentations, and materials.
- Coordinate logistics for client visits, including travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
- Accompany senior management during client meetings when required and assist with follow-ups.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and support.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and track action items with clients and internal teams.
Personal Assistant & Administrative Support
- Provide direct assistance to senior management with calendar management, travel arrangements, and daily scheduling.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, business proposals, and documentation.
- Support organization of events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Act as a bridge between management, clients, and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
