Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between senior management and clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and professional communication on behalf of senior management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
- Coordinate with different departments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Perform general administrative duties to support smooth business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related field preferred.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Professional, discreet, and proactive attitude.
