Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for maximum ROI.
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to enhance conversions.
- Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns to boost engagement and repeat conversions.
- Develop and implement digital strategies across PPC, SMO, and funnel creation.
- Create engaging content for blogs, emails, and websites to drive conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, and Meta Business Suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and ad formats.
- Assist in budget and resource allocation for campaign efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads with a strong performance record.
- Expertise in PPC, performance marketing, and social media optimization.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong content creation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage digital initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
