- Opening and closing the office premises daily.
- Delivering and collecting documents within departments or to external parties.
- Serving water, tea, coffee, or refreshments to staff and guests.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the office premises.
- Operating basic office equipment such as photocopiers and printers (as required).
- Assisting office staff with minor tasks like file organization or shifting items.
- Running errands such as bank work, post office, etc.
