Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our healthcare team in Goregaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric care and a passion for working with children and their families to provide the highest standard of nursing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by pediatricians.
- Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, and document progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding care plans and follow-up.
- Ensure a child-friendly environment and emotional support for young patients.
- Assist in diagnostic tests and manage medical equipment.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse license (valid in India).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pediatric or clinical nursing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and attentiveness to the needs of children.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
