- Oversee the enrollment and billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies in billing and enrollment processes promptly.
- Provide support during the benefits open enrollment period ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all stakeholders.
