Inviting applications for the role of Analyst, Talent Acquisition & Integration
This role will support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding administrative processes for new hires across global regions. The role includes managing recruitment coordination activities (e.g., job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling) as well as onboarding tasks (e.g., document collection, pre-employment checks, onboarding portal updates). The role requires accuracy, responsiveness, and seamless communication with global HR, local HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Coordination:
o Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience across global time zones.
o Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) (such as Workday), ensuring transactional update and data management
o Support job posting, candidate communication, and requisition management.
o Ensure SLAs and turnaround times for recruitment coordination are consistently met.
o Generate weekly/monthly recruitment operations reports and metrics.
2. Candidate Engagement:
o Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
o Provide feedback and updates to candidates in a timely manner.
3. Onboarding Administration Support
o Initiate pre-onboarding formalities by sending welcome emails and pre-joining instructions to select candidates.
o Collect and validate onboarding documents in line with compliance checklists.
o Track and update background verification or pre-employment check status in coordination with third-party vendors.
o Enter accurate onboarding data into HR systems and maintain audit-compliant documentation.
o Coordinate with internal IT, HR, and payroll teams for Day 1 readiness (e.g., ID creation, tool access, etc.).
4. ATS & Data Management:
o Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
o Update the HRMS system and support new hire record creation
o Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy policies.
o Regularly audit recruitment and onboarding files and address any discrepancies.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or onboarding support roles.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and onboarding lifecycle stages in a corporate or shared services environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, filters, tracker management) and MS Outlook for daily operations.
• Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc is preferrable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with global ATS / HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.) preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume hiring.
