Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join our PCD Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads and increase sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information over the phone.
- Follow up on potential leads and maintain customer records.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualification
Science/Pharmacy Graduate
Experience
6 months to 1 year as a Sales Co-oordinator/Tele-caller in Pharma PCD Sales
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer queries.
- Positive and professional attitude towards work.
- Good knowledge of Ms-Excel and Ms-Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
