Position: Part-Time Faculty – PDP and Soft Skills
We are inviting applications for the position of Part-Time Faculty to teach Personality Development Program (PDP) and Soft Skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in training or teaching soft skills, communication, or personality development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
Job Type: Part-Time
Location: ICA Ultadanga
Remuneration: As per institute norms
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive sessions on PDP and soft skills
- Prepare and deliver course content
- Provide guidance for student development
- Evaluate and track student progress
