About the Role:-
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing budgets, tracking performance, and delivering measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Campaign Strategy and Execution: Plan and execute AdWords, Yahoo, and YouTube TrueView campaigns.Optimize performance through platform-specific strategies.
2. Facebook Integration and Management: Manage and optimize Facebook campaigns in alignment with overall strategy. Integrate insights for cross-platform synergy.
3. Web Analytics and Insights: Analyze web analytics reports for actionable insights.Translate data into optimization strategies.
4. Campaign Management and Optimization: Proactively manage campaigns for maximum ROI.Continuously optimize based on performance metrics.
5. Client Servicing and Collaboration: Provide exceptional client service and collaborate with internal and client teams.
6. Excellence in Delivery: Strive for award-worthy work through innovation and creativity.
7. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with digital planners and brand teams for integration.
8. Comprehensive Reporting: Generate detailed reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Provide actionable insights for future strategies.
9.Competition Tracking and Analysis: Monitor competitor activity for informed strategy refinement.
10. Develop compelling media pitch decks as required to support campaign proposals and client presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–3 years of proven experience in managing paid media campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing KPIs.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
