Job Summary
The Outlet Executive coordinates with kitchen and service teams, maintains outlet cleanliness and readiness, assists with inventory checks, and supports customer interactions. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations at Raksha Hospitality outlets while delivering excellent guest service and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities also include implementing service protocols and ensuring compliance with hygiene and FSSAI safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience & Customer Service
- Greet customers politely and assist with orders
- Suggest combo meals, new items, or ongoing offers
- Maintain high levels of guest interaction and satisfaction
- Ensure guest service areas are clean, well-stocked, and professionally presented
- Collect feedback to ensure a positive guest experience
2. Operational Support
- Coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to service standards
- Ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Oversee timely order placement and delivery during service hours
3. Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain outlet cleanliness as per brand and FSSAI hygiene standards
- Ensure all surfaces, utensils, and equipment are sanitized regularly
4. Billing & POS Handling
- Operate the POS system for order entry and billing under supervision
- Ensure billing accuracy and handle cash/card/online transactions
- Maintain and submit reports such as daily sales, guest counts, and shift summaries
5. Research & Development (R&D)
- Share customer feedback with the supervisor or central kitchen
- Suggest improvements in service, taste, or presentation based on guest interaction
- Support trials of new menu items or recipe changes when instructed
6. Inventory & Stock Handling
- Monitor and report usage of service items (cutlery, crockery, disposables, etc.)
- Coordinate with store or purchase teams for stock replenishment
- Maintain daily updates on sales and inventory usage
- Track consumption and minimize wastage by following SOPs
Skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS or billing systems
Preferred Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, IHM background or related field
- 1–2 years in a front-of-house or service role in a restaurant or café
Languages
English, Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage)

As the role demands, especially during peak seasons

Compensation: Competitive, aligned with experience and industry standards
