About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting leads, identifying customer needs, negotiating effectively, and closing deals that convert directly into profit. Your goal is to build relationships with prospective customers and offer them the most competitive pricing tailored to the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads.
· Clearly communicate product or service benefits to prospective customers.
· Understand customer needs, objections, and buying signals.
· Negotiate prices and close deals that align with both customer satisfaction and company profit margins.
· Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
· Stay informed about competitors and industry trends within the Australian market.
Qualifications & Skills:
· 1–3 years of experience in outbound or telesales, preferably in the Australian market.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to think on your feet and adapt pitches based on customer needs.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
· Experience working with B2C and/or B2B clients is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
