Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Explain offerings clearly and handle customer queries effectively
- Maintain accurate call and sales records in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies
Eligibility:
- Fresh graduates or undergraduates (any stream)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
