Role Overview:
Oracle is seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic Oracle University team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on sharing knowledge and making complex topics accessible and engaging. You’ll play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality training content across Oracle HCM, with a focus on Payroll, as part of Oracle University's global digital learning ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on consulting or implementation experience with Oracle HCM Applications, specifically Global Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes including:
- Payroll configuration and processing
- Payroll elements, balances, and costing
- Retroactive and off-cycle payroll management
- Statutory compliance and deductions
- Payroll reporting and reconciliation
- Broader exposure to Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and modern e-learning technologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training content for Oracle University’s Cloud Learning Subscriptions, live sessions, certifications, and other digital learning formats.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, guiding customers, partners, and internal teams through modern learning paths.
- Record and produce engaging online content that blends instructional design with real-world consulting insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve Oracle Cloud education offerings.
- Lead live, interactive private training sessions and hands-on labs in a dynamic cloud-based environment.
