Operations- Voice & Non Voice Process

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to help us provide support to our existing clients and assist in internal operations for maintaining quality standards for client deliverables as per the service level agreements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing and sending all the Invoices that comes to the invoicing board.
• Responsible for invoicing at the end of month.
• Responsible for invoicing Major clients for End of month Invoicing.
• Responsible for following up with concerned departments and sales reps to clear tickets from invoicing board.
• Helping customers to complete the Bill on behalf of enrollments.
• Supporting Fastlane & Order Processing team when there is excessive workload.
• Helping Accounting team with additional side projects.
• Reporting daily work summary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
